Which NVC cards are right for your seminar?

The NVC Starter Set is a personal overview on four A5 cards and costs 10 euros. For handouts in larger quantities, order individual hand cards. The communication cards are compact A6 overviews, while the needs cards are laid out for group work. It depends on what each card should do in the room.

For one person: the Starter Set

The NVC Starter Set contains four double-sided A5 cards, or eight pages. They cover feedback conversations, observation and concrete requests, values and attitudes, translating judgments, empathy and conflict support, as well as self-empathy and the feelings compass. As a personal cheat sheet, it fits on a desk or in a notebook and remains with the person who wants to work with it after the seminar.

For groups: individual hand cards

The individual NVC hand cards contain the same four designs as the Starter Set. You order at least five of each design. Five or ten cards cost 1.80 euros per card; with 20 or 50 cards, the price is 1.50 euros per card. The cards are DIN A5, double-sided, made of 250 gsm card, laminated, and have rounded corners. This is the right option when each participant should take home their own handout.

For the table: communication cards

The communication cards are DIN A6 and cost 1 euro each. The all-in-one set costs 6 euros and contains one card of each of the eight versions, including feelings and needs, NVC conversation structure, clarification conversations, and the 1x1 of Systemic Consensing. They are intended as personal reminders for seminars, coaching, a desk, or a pocket.

For the center of the group: needs cards

The illustrated needs cards are materials to lay out for personal reflection, seminars, coaching, and conflict clarification. The selection ranges from 61 cards in A7 or A6 format to 58 laminated A4 cards. A7 is available in German; A6 and A4 are also available in English. All versions come in a velvet pouch and include a free PDF guide for working with groups.

Do not buy every format for your first seminar. If participants should take something home, individual hand cards are easy to budget. For the center or a shared selection, needs cards are suitable.
