In seminars, the question between observation and interpretation is often exactly where an exercise gets stuck. These 26 cards build the NVC model on the wall and show the typical mix-ups for each step.
Hang the cards up one by one on a facilitation wall. During the exercises, you can refer back to the relevant characteristic at any time.
